A recent renovation restored this rustic industrial gem.  Behind all the carpet, cubicles and sheetrock, we found the original exterior brick wall and the backdrop to a fourth floor haven.  Windows surround the entire venue, providing incredible natural lighting, along with breathe taking views of the local mountains by day and mezmerizing city lights by night.  The rough design is suitable for pioneer / country / rustic themes and equally ideal for industrial / motorcycle / mechanical parties as well.  And yet it's the coolest, modern layout for a party 'til you drop type wedding, family celebration or school event.
